These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all online purchases made through the website www.futurasmus-knxgroup.ae, operated for the UAE market by NEURONEST LLC FZ, as well as to any related electronic quotations, order confirmations, and deliveries.

By placing an order through the website, the client acknowledges that the purchase is made online, using electronic means, and agrees to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

NEURONEST LLC FZ is a KNX wholesaler supplying products exclusively to professionals (companies and self-employed freelancers) operating in the home and building automation sector.

Sales to consumers or end users are strictly excluded. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting for professional purposes and not as a consumer.

An order becomes binding upon written or electronic confirmation by NEURONEST LLC FZ. NEURONEST LLC FZ reserves the right to reject any online order without obligation to provide justification.

Access to online ordering and commercial services requires prior registration and approval. To register as a professional client:

1. Create a web account via our website and complete the registration using the confirmation email.
2. Register for a professional (B2B) account by submitting your company or freelance details for verification. Approval is subject to validation and may require additional documentation. NEURONEST LLC FZ reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke client registration at its sole discretion.
3. The client agrees to be contacted by email or phone for B2B verification and onboarding purposes.

Once approved, clients may access and manage: contact details, company and tax data, authorized users, shipping addresses, billing details, payment methods and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

For compliance reasons, tax and legal company data cannot be modified unilaterally through the online account. Any such changes must be requested directly from NEURONEST LLC FZ.

Our online ordering system is intended solely for qualified professionals. It is assumed that the buyer has the necessary technical knowledge for the selection, installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of the purchased products.

NEURONEST LLC FZ may provide technical support as a courtesy; however, responsibility for correct application and integration remains entirely with the buyer.

Clients may request: personalized quotations, discount information, validity extensions for offers, order tracking and shipping cost estimates. Support is available through our commercial team or via the client’s professional account.

• Products in stock: shipped promptly, typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on destination.
• Products not in stock: estimated delivery 10–15 business days, subject to manufacturer availability.

If delays occur due to production or supply issues, the client will be informed accordingly. Delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a binding commitment.

• Orders are shipped via authorized logistics partners to the address specified by the client.
• Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, and destination and are indicated in the quotation.
• Standard delivery terms are CPT (Incoterms®) unless otherwise agreed.

Optional full shipping insurance may be requested at additional cost prior to order confirmation. Clients may track shipments through their professional account. EXW collection is available upon request, free of charge. The client is responsible for arranging pickup and transport.

• Prices are based on manufacturer recommended list prices.
• Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
• NEURONEST LLC FZ does not guarantee continuous accuracy of website prices. Only prices confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation shall be binding.

Approved professional clients can view their discount structure by manufacturer and category. Custom quotations may be reviewed and adjusted upon request.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank transfer
• Credit or debit card via secure, encrypted payment gateway

Clients may define a default payment method in their professional account. Notes:

1. Deferred payment (up to 30 days) may be granted subject to approval and credit insurance.
2. An additional discount may apply for advance payments.
3. The first order must always be paid in advance.

In case of late payment, NEURONEST LLC FZ reserves the right to suspend deliveries, charge statutory late payment interest, and recover any collection costs incurred.

The client must indicate the country of use if different from the delivery destination. This information is required for: technical support suitability, export compliance, and product compatibility verification.

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, valid from the invoice or delivery note date. Warranty terms, duration, and conditions vary by manufacturer. Please contact NEURONEST LLC FZ for details.

Products damaged during transport are excluded from warranty. If shipping insurance was requested:

• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Photographic evidence must be provided

Without full insurance, compensation is limited to the carrier’s mandatory coverage. NEURONEST LLC FZ is not liable for transport damage.

Warranty is void in cases including, but not limited to:

• Expired warranty period
• Incorrect installation or misuse
• Use outside manufacturer specifications
• Environmental conditions beyond rated limits
• Electrical faults or power surges
• Altered or missing serial numbers
• Unauthorized repair or opening of devices
• Force majeure, negligence, or vandalism
• Consumables (batteries, lamps, cells)

NEURONEST LLC FZ transfers only the manufacturer’s warranty and is not responsible for: system-level failures, interoperability issues, installation or project performance, or incompatibility between products or protocols.

An invoice number is required for any warranty or technical claim. Products not purchased directly from NEURONEST LLC FZ are excluded. To request warranty service:

1. Submit an RMA request via your professional account
2. Complete the form with all required information
3. Await authorization from our technical department

RMA approval does not imply warranty acceptance. Unauthorized shipments will be rejected. If warranty applies:

• The client ships the product to the designated address
• Customs costs are borne by the client
• Items must be declared as non-commercial repair goods

1. Manufacturing defect confirmed: product repaired or replaced.
2. Warranty rejected: Product returned at client’s expense, or repair quotation issued for approval.
3. No defect found: product returned with shipping costs charged to the client.

All returns require prior RMA approval. Conditions: product unused, original packaging and accessories intact, manufacturer return policies apply. Restocking or depreciation fees may apply. Some manufacturers do not accept returns.

As NEURONEST LLC FZ sells exclusively B2B, the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply.

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
